The cheese biscuits consist of pure honest ingredients.
We use genuine Gouda cheese, which we process inhouse to make our cheese biscuits.
No aromatic, coloring or flavoring agents are added so as to ensure that the pure cheese flavor is guaranteed. Our cheese biscuits do not contain genetically modified raw materials.

Production
The cheese is processed and mixed with a number of raw materials including salt, which we use for taste and shelf life. After blending the cheese mixture, it is weighed and divided into chunks that are then allowed to mature for at least 5 days to obtain a good flavor afterwhich the dough is mixed in. This then goes into the cold storage room, and is cut and baked the next day. This cut is actually the only thing that happens mechanically, so as to get the biscuits as consistent as possible. Immediately after cutting, the cheese biscuits are baked.

Wrap
Wrapping the cheese biscuits is done manually allowing us to properly and meticulously check the product.

Snack times
Some people find the cheese cookies taste even better when they are heated in the oven or microwave. They perfectly accompany a beer, a stiff drink or a glass of wine.
